Co-operation between Endeco Group Oy and Marioff Corporation Oy (UTC Fire & Security company)

Marioff Corporation Oy's HI-FOG system utilizes high preusre to discharge fine water mist. HI-FOG combines optimum characteritics of water with gas like penetration capabilities, without causing any harm to people, protected targets or environment.

The core of the HI-FOG technology are patented high quality and superior performance type water mist sprinklers and spray heads.

Petteri Saarinen from Endeco Group Oy appointed as an Interim CEO for the transition period

Endeco Group Oy's Interim Manager and Consultant Petteri Saarinen has been appointed as an Interim CEO of Marioff Corporation Oy (www.marioff.com) starting from 18 August, 2008 with an immediate effect.

Marioff Corporation Oy is Finnish subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation (www.utc.com) belonging into UTC Fire & Security Division. Marioff has a capacity to develop, design, manufacture, market, sell, supply and service high pressure hydraulics and water mist technology based fire suppression and extinguishment solutions. Marioff has its HQ at Vantaa, Finland and subsidiary companies in Russia, Sweden, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, USA and Canada. In addition to the overall management, business development and change management, Saarinen shall be responsible to coordinate the transition periof including appointment of becoming Managing Director, controlled handover and integraton.

The assignment shall be completed once the transiton priod is completes, latest by the end of 2008 after which Endeco Group Oy co-operates with the company on case by case basis.
