Endeco Group Oy's Petteri Saarinen assisting MariCap Oy with the UPM Presence business transaction

MariCap Oy acquired from UPM-Kymmene Oyj its UPM Presence business on 28 January, 2009. Saarinen was closely involved in the negotiations, Due Diligence and deal closing process.
