Endeco Group Oy's Petteri Saarinen assisted MariCap Oy with the the Elsi Technologies Oy acquisition.

MariCap Oy acquired 100% of shareholding of Elsi Technologies Oy 13 February, 2009. Saarinen was closely involved in the negotiations, Due Diligence and deal closing process.
